How many words can I add?
The number of words depends on the grade level you select. Kindergarten puzzles hold up to 8 words in a 10×10 grid, while Adult puzzles fit up to 22 words in a 20×20 grid. The generator will tell you if any words couldn't fit.
Does the PDF include an answer key?
Yes — every downloaded PDF is two pages. Page 1 is the puzzle for students, Page 2 is the answer key showing every hidden word highlighted in green. Teachers can print just Page 1 for students.
What grade levels are available?
We support Kindergarten through 8th Grade plus Adult and Large Print. Each grade has an age-appropriate grid size, word count, and direction difficulty. K–2 words run forward only; Grades 3–6 add diagonal directions; Grades 7–8 and Adult include all 8 directions including backwards.
